“I help focus on projects that eliminate non-value adding activities within our plant. I get to work with a great team and enjoy new challenges each day that help us grow and stay competitive in the food industry. I have been a part of HB since 2009. My first job was working on the production floor as a production specialist. I enjoy the challenges and growth opportunities within the company. I also get the opportunity to apply my education and skillsets in many different ways that allow me to learn and train others. Our work environment is fun and we make an impact in heathier and better products.”

“My daily routine consists of applying baking fundamentals, techniques, and unique strategies to deliver our customers with better solutions. I also perform daily documentation, bench work to production scale-up, direct support to our production team and troubleshooting. I stay at HB because of the relationships I have developed and also the excellent opportunities of growth. Change is difficult for anyone to adapt however I embrace my work with passion and optimism.”

“I started in October 2008 as a temporary worker through an agency. Every day, I collaborate with my management team to work through challenges that come up during production schedules that may affext our shipment dates for customers. I stay at HB because there are new challenges every day that will keep me on my toes. I enjoy the opportunity for growth and change. “

“I started as a temp employee with HB in 2001. I worked in the mix room, experiencing all facets of production. My job here now is to embrace and teach HB Culture. The most valuable skill I can offer is my experience in many areas and my ability to guide employees towards accomplishing their goals with HB. I feel vested with the company. I want to be part of the continued growth and success. My plan would be to retire with the company, fingers crossed!”
